- All items in the shop are final sale. (No refunds or exchanges).
- Exchanges can only be made if there was a mistake with your order (incorrect size or design).
- If your item arrives damaged please contact us ASAP (within 4 business days) of receiving your order. Upon inspection of photographic proof your item may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Items with no visible damage upon opening, but damage after being worn are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Please note that all items are handmade. Minor variations may occur.
- All items are made to order, so please account for production time when placing your order.
- For t-shirts & sweatshirts please allow between 1-4 days before your item(s) ships out.
- For designer pieces (jackets, dresses, skirts, etc…) please allow between 10-15 days before your item(s) ships out.
- Although it is rare, international orders may be subject to import duties & taxes. Our shipping fees do NOT cover these additional charges & we will not be held responsible. Please check with your local post office for more information regarding taxes on U.S. goods.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Import Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by agnistyle.com to you.
We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
Bounced Back / Returned Packages
Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from a few weeks to a couple months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact the buyer to arrange for re-sending of the package. The buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package.
- All intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to the customer on or through the website remains the property of AGNI.
- The customer is authorized to download, view, copy and print any content on the website for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. Such content must not be modified or altered in any way.
- The customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, publish or use in any manner any content on the website other than as permitted under these terms without the written expressed consent of AGNI. Such consent may be withheld by the company at its absolute discretion.
- The customer must not remove any copyright or trade mark notices from the content found on the Website.
- AGNI makes no representation or warranty to the customer of any kind, express or implied, that the goods and services will not infringe any intellectual property rights of a third party.
